The Proposed Multi Story Residential building at Navy Nagar, Mumbai is a Residential building in the premises of Indian Navy. It has one wing and G + 2 Podium floors + 40 residential floors. The building has stilt and podium parking. No basement has been provided for the building. On each typical floor there are 8 Flats of 2 BHK typology. The Total number of flats in the project is 316 with a total derived occupancy of 1,896 people (considering 6 people per flat).
